Kornblumen haben dieses wunderschöne Blau, das im Abendlicht leicht phosphorisierend leuchtet. Je nach Schattierung des Blautons erinnert es auch an das Blau von Yves Klein. Durch die Bearbeitung mit Wachs verändert sich die Optik und bekommt etwas Geheimnisvolles, die Oberfläche schimmert matt.

Cornflowers have this beautiful blue that glows slightly phosphorescent in the evening light. Depending on the shade of blue, it also reminds one of Yves Klein’s blue. By working with wax, the look changes and takes on something mysterious, the surface shimmers matt.
